    WHAT IS THE KISS WOW CLUB?

    The Kiss Wow Club is a lipstick subscription service that provides 3 full sized liquid lipsticks and other lipstick products on a three monthly/quartely, 6 month or 12 month subscription basis.  Our products are plant based, vegan, paraben and cruelty free.   We provide our members with a selection of full sized lipsticks.  You will receive a box every three months.  You can also purchase non-subscription items.

    HOW LONG IS THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

    The Kiss Wow Club 3 monthly (quartely)  lipstick subscription is based on a rolling 3-month period – you will be billed every three months (quartely). The 3 month (quartely) plan is offered on a rolling 3-month basis and can be cancelled any time.  If you want to cancel ou should cancel by the 7th of the month before your box is due otherwise your box will be sent out and your cancellation will be processed for the next quarter.

    You can also choose to subscribe every 6 months or every 12 months for your products depending on the subscription term you have signed up for.    The 6 month and 12 month subscriptons can be purchased at any time and will begin with the current season’s lipstick box.

    IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR SIGNING UP TO THE LIPSTICK SUBSCRIBPTION?

    The Kiss Wow Club lipstick subscription is available every 3 months (every quarter), 4 times a year.  When you sign up, you are generally signed up for the current season as your card will be billed automatically when you first sign up.  You will then be charged on a recurring basis from the next payment quarter where you will receive your second lipstick subscription box.  There is also a 6 month and 12 month lipstick subscription plan.

    CAN I UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?

    Customers who have subscribed to the 3 montly quartely or 6 month subscription can choose to upgrade to another subscription plan by either upgrading from the 3 month to 6 month or 12 month subscripton plan or from the 6 month to 12 month subscripton plan. Customers choosing to upgrade will be charged as a new subscription to the new plan which will run for the designated duration. All payments for upgrades will be charged immediately.

    WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES TO SIGN UP FOR A LIPSTICK SUBSCRIPTION?

    Key Dates for Signing up to the Kiss Wow Club Lipstick Subscription box:

    We operate on a rolling subscription basis which means when you start your lipstick subscription you will receive the current season’s lipstick and will be charged as soon as you sign up. Your subscription will then recur every 3 months for the quartely subscription, every 6 months for the 6 month subscription and every 12 months (yearly) for the 12 month subscripion.

    March Subscription – Spring Subscripton Box
    Sign up from the 1st of March
    March Subscription Box shipped between 20th and 25th of March and on a rolling basis for subscribers signing up after this date for the Spring Subscription Box.

    June Subscription – Summer Subscription Box
    Sign up from the 1st of June
    June Subscription Box shipped between 20th and 25th of June and on a rolling basis for subscribers signing up after this date for the Summer Subscrition Box.

    September Subscription – Autumn Subscription Box
    Sign up from the 1st of September
    September Subscription Box shipped between 20th and 25th of September and on a rolling basis for subscribers signing up after this date for the Autumn Subscription Box.

    December Subscription – Winter Subscription Box (early Shipping)
    Sign up from the 1st of December
    December Subscription Box shipped between 15th and 23rd of December and on a rolling basis for subscribers signing up after this date for the Winter Subscripton Box.

    HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE KISS WOW CLUB?

    You can join the Kiss Wow Club lipstick subscription by following this link www.kisswow.club/lipstick-subscription. You will be asked to enter your name, address and email and select the membership plan you would like to choose, enter your payment details and you are a member. You will receive a signup confirmation email from us. You will be sent your subscription box every 3 months (every quarter).

    CAN I BUY GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS?

    Yes you can.  You can choose to gift any subscription or other beauty product in our beauty shop as a gift.  Your giftee will receive an electronic gift card once you have complete the gift order.  Go to our E Gift Cards Page to purchase a range of Kiss Wow Club E Gift Cards.  Our E Gift Cards are electronic and upon purchase will be sent to the designated recipient.

    DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE LIPSTICK SUBSCRIPTIONS?

    Yes we do on the three month (quartely) subscription plan.   Once you sign up for this Kiss Wow Club lipstick subscription plan you can cancel at any time or skip a subscription.  Contact us if you wish to cancel or to pause your 3 montly subscripton.

    WHICH COUNTRIES DOES KISS WOW CLUB SHIP TO?

    We ship worldwide – we ship to the UK, and internationally including the US, Canada and some parts of Europe.  The Kiss Wow Club lipstick subscription membership and giftbox service is currently available to residents in the UK, Europe, the US and Canada as well as other eligble countries. Please note: if you are resident outside of the UK you may be subject to your country’s custom charges.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE?

    We ship out your order within 3 business days of payment as we use Royal Mail your order should take around 2 days to get to you. If you live outside the UK your order should take 7 – 10 business days once shipped.

    WHEN DO YOU SHIP OUT THE LIPSTICK SUBSCRIPTION BOXES?

    We ship boxes out to our members on a quarterly (three monthly) basis. We aim to ship out boxes from the 25th of the month in the month your next quarterly delivery is due. You will receive an email to inform you when your box has been dispatched. We also provide a tracking number.

    WHEN DO RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

    When the box is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse we send you a email with the delivery and tracking details so that you know to expect your delivery. You can track your box and we will provide you with a tracking number for your delivery. Our Kiss Wow Club lipstick boxes are sent by Royal Mail’s tracked service. You can track your box after receiving the confirmation dispatch email by entering your tracking number at http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace.
    If your Kiss Wow Club box is lost or the status on your tracking information remains the same for more than five days and you have still not yet received your box please email support@kisswow.club with your account details and we will help you.

    WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN RETURNED?

    Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your box. However, if they have not been able to deliver they will leave you a card informing you of what to do to get your packaged. They will hold your parcel to up to 18 days before they send it back to us.

    I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

    The Kiss Wow Club lipstick subscription membership and giftbox service is currently available to residents in the UK, Europe, the US and Canada and other eligible countries. Please note: if you are resident outside of the UK you will be subject to your country’s custom charges.

    DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

    We charge for shipping at a rate of £3.95 per parcel no matter how many items you purchase.  We use Royal Mail 48 hours tracked for all Kiss Wow Club Deliveries.  We offer a reduced shipping rate if you take out our 6 month or 12 month lipstick subscription plan.

    WHAT METHODSOF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    All payments are made online by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as other payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    DOES KISS WOW CLUB STORE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

    We use a 3rd party card payment merchant. We do not store your credit card information. All of your credit card information is stored directly with our secure 3rd party merchant processor. You can also choose to pay via our check out page or by Paypal (you don’t have to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal).

    WHY IS MY PAYMENT NOT GOING THROUGH?

    Payment transactions can fail for several different reasons. Here are some steps you can take to resolve payment issues:
    1. Ensure that you are using an accepted credit/debit card. Currently, our payment system accepts VISA and MasterCard.
    2. Make sure your credit/debit card is current and valid.
    3. Verify that your billing address is entered correctly. One of the most common reasons for failed transactions is an incorrect billing address. Confirm that you have entered your address in exactly how it appears on your credit card bill.
    4. Try re-entering your 3-digit CVC security code.
    5. Ensure that your name is entered correctly.
    6. Try another credit or debit card. If you are still unable to process your payment, try an alternate credit card.
    7. Try a different browser. Some browsers can produce errors when processing a payment – we have found that our systems work best on Google Chrome, Opera or Mozilla Firefox.
    8. Contact your bank. If you continue to experience trouble processing your payment, please contact your bank. They will be able to advise you on any updates with your credit card.
    If you are unable to process your payment through our system after trying these steps, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to help you sign up and become a member.

    DOES MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD GET CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY?

    You will be billed for your first lipstick box with your initial purchase. Starting with your second box, you’ll fall on our regular billing and shipping cycles and will be billed by or on the 2nd day of the month your next box is due to be shipped. So, for example for our June delivery, you will be billed on the 2nd of June and so on.

    HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION?

    To update your credit or debit card information, log into your Kiss Wow Club account. Under “My Information” you will be able to edit your details.

    To change your delivery and/or billing address, please sign into your account on www.kisswow.club. And click the ‘Account’ link to access your account and select ‘My Subscriptions and Orders’ on the left side. Then click on “Change Details” on the subscription. Here you can change your delivery and/or billing address.
    Please note that orders in process cannot have their delivery address changed.
    How Can I Change My Account Information?
    You can update all of your account and member information by simply logging on and clicking the “Account” section on the top right corner of the subscription page. Once you select the “My Information” option, you will be able to make the necessary changes.

    MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR IS MISSING

    Please report any damaged or missing products within 7 days of your shipment date. Email our Support Team at support@kisswow.club and we will be happy to help you. Please also attach a picture of the damaged product in your email.

    CAN I RETURN MY LIPSTICKS?

    Should you happen to be dissatisfied with a box, don’t hesitate to let us know. It’s very important for us to receive such feedback and rest assured that we will respond.
    Kiss Wow Club is committed to providing good customer service and customer satisfaction. We stand behind and believe in the products we create and sell and will review and respond to all requests for returns or replacements.  Kiss Wow Club accepts returns at our sole discretion. You understand and agree that Kiss Wow Club shall have sole discretion to process refunds and exchanges for any Product unless the Product received by you is damaged and/or expired. If a Product is defective, you may notify us and we will send you a new item. To request a replacement item, please contact us at support@kisswow.club.
    Additional shipping fees may be applied to all other orders. For loss or damage claims, you must notify Kiss Wow Club within 7 days of the date the box was delivered to you if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.
    Replacement of products claimed as not received or damaged/destroyed are subject to our investigation, which will include a check with the courier service we use.
    Should a product in your box be missing or damaged, please let us know. Send us an email via support@kisswow.club.Please also include a photo of the damaged item. This is important as it will help us to process a refund or replacement quickly.
    Kiss Wow Club will have a replacement product shipped at our discretion.

    DO YOU HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAMME?

    Yes.  We have a Kiss Wow Club rewards programme.  You will receive points when you sign up and keep your account active with us.  To find out more please refer to our customer rewards pages.

    Kiss Wow Club runsa customer reward and referral scheme called Kiss Wow Club Reward Points which are then sub-divided into different Reward Plans.   To be eligible for these schemes the customer must have either signed up for one of our lipstick subscriptions or to have purchased any of our other products.   Kiss Wow Club Reward, Referral and Affiliate Schemes redemption will only apply to the introduction of new customers (not current customers) to Kiss Wow Club.  For more information go to our Membership Rewards Page  and our Rewards Page.

    I DON'T WANT SO SIGN UP FOR A LIPSTICK SUBSCRIPTION? CAN I STILL PURCHASE ITEMS?

    Of course you can!  The Kiss Wow Club Lipstick subscription lipsticks are also available for customers who do not want to sign up for a lipstick subscription.  Non subscription lipsticks are sold at the standard price and we also offer other beauty products you may be interested in.

    HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    You can check the status of your Kiss Wow Order by signing into your account and clicking on the subscription link.  You will be able to see despatch and tracking information and view your orders.

    CAN I REDEEM COUPON CODES AGAINST A SUBSCRIPTION?

    From time to time we do offer coupons and special offers which are redeemable against a lipstick subscription or other Kiss Wow Club beauty products in our store.

    HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO THE KISS WOW CLUB?

    We’re sorry to see you go.   The Kiss Wow Club lipstick subscription club is a three montly (quarterly) subscription which renews every three months.   Please refer to our Key Dates page.  Generally you would need to cancel before the 7th of the month before your Kiss Wow Club subscription payment is due to be paid.
